Our group interviewed five leaders differing from business owners to Sr Vice Presidents of different businesses. As we began to analyze the interviews from your leaders we all noticed more usual themes than differences among them. The first prevalent theme is that three out of the five market leaders stated that they can defined themselves as participative leadership styles. They functioned as a facilitator rather than merely issuing orders to those that they will support. The leaders encouraged active involvement from their teams allowing them to exhibit their views and be able to illustrate their skills. Our frontrunners participative command styles permits the skills of most their team members to be applied to making suggestions and decisions but the head is still responsible for making the ultimate decision. This will allow everyone to obtain their suggestions and provide a well rounded decision that will make a positive environment which will simply bring earnings to the business. As the traits theory of management, most of the leaders arranged that frontrunners are created with command characteristics. They also agreed that you have certain attributes that can be strengthened and developed by the leaders through all their childhood years, beliefs, the surroundings in which they will surround themselves, the ability showing how they learn, and most significantly how they react when becoming provided with feedback. Leaders may enhance and find out certain qualities through guidance, observation more, and their own experiences. Many people are born with certain attributes that will develop into strengths and weaknesses. A good leader will recognize these qualities and apply then to their leadership capacity. As far as the normal characteristics that the leaders highly valued in their workers commitment to the vision in the organization was among the most common.
