Sociologists declare that socialisation much more important than biological intuition in outlining human actions. They mention that learning plays a vital part in creating cultural beings which this occurs primarily through interaction with others. People begin at an early age to become conscious of the existence of others and to make use of this knowledge into consideration as they type their own details. The relatives plays a vital role in this process. For example , most commonly it is through conversation with other family members that a kid first turns into aware of her or his gender personality and learns to recognise the norms and values that define how persons of each male or female are expected to behave in society. A variety of benefits and sanctions may be used to motivate social conformity. While poor behaviour is usually punished, good behaviour will help the individual to achieve the things which can be seen as attractive in world, such as a good job or substantial status. Functionalists believe that socialisation, together with the system of rewards and sanctions that support it, is essential in achieving a peaceful and stable society.
